Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&C)

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms govern the sale of clothing items offered by nomadé b on the website www.nomadeb.com.

Article 2 – Products

Products are described with the utmost accuracy; images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be contractual.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). nomadé b reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order applies.

Article 4 – Order

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due upon ordering and may be made via:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Bancontact / Klarna

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery is available in Europe with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
nomadé b is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, buyers have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the item, without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after receipt of the returned item.

Article 8 – Liability

nomadé b cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of purchased products. Liability is limited to the order amount.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All site elements remain the exclusive property of nomadé b. No utilization is permitted without authorization.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Collected personal data is required for order processing and customer relations and will not be shared without prior consent.

Article 11 – Governing Law / Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The consumer may contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in their country free of charge; they assist in resolving cross-border disputes amicably.

If no amicable resolution is reached, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
French law shall apply.
